Pay: Props Designer / Maker

Looking for someone to build me a life-size fish mask / helmet. The fish mask would be a whole head mask, that would encase a person's entire head, making them look like human with a fish's head. It is part of a proposed theatrical production currently in the budgeting stage, and applying to major venues in London.
