A man in prison says he was involved in the November 1994 robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur, AllHipHop.com reports.
Dexter Isaac, an inmate currently serving life in prison for murder, robbery and other offenses, came forward with his confession on Wednesday — the day before what would have been Shakur's 40th birthday.
