(The Stage :: Reviews) - 1 year, 2 months agoGarrick, London: When director William Baker took over the artistic direction of The Hurly Burly Show last year, it was obvious that his flair for outlandish costumes and sheer spectacle had found the perfect home in contemporary burlesque. The big question is whether or not the show would translate to a large theatre, as re-imagined here for the Garrick stage.
